Yes, all our ceramics are fired at high temperatures to ensure durability. They are 100% microwave and dishwasher safe, though we recommend hand-washing for the longest lifespan.
How do you ensure fragile items don't break during shipping?
We use eco-friendly, double-walled corrugated boxes and biodegradable cushioning to protect every piece. In the rare event of a breakage, we provide a full refund or replacement immediately.
What is your return policy for handcrafted items?
We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not completely satisfied with the glaze or feel of your piece, you can return it for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Euclids Pottery Store ships to the United States, Canada, and Europe. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Are your glazes food-safe and lead-free?
Absolutely. Safety is our priority. All glazes used at Euclids are non-toxic, lead-free, and certified food-safe for daily use with hot and cold liquids.
