At Euclids Pottery Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted ceramics. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your home, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the item didn't meet your expectations.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap the pottery in its original protective padding and box to ensure it remains safe during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our team and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
